Community classes

Community classes are great for beginners, but also perfect for more advanced yogi's looking for an more in-depth understanding of their yoga practise.  Community classes take you through the basics of yoga, from proper breathing techniques to meditation, with an emphasis on proper posture and alignment throughout the yoga sequence.  Community classes are on a drop-in basis.

Yoga on a stand up paddle board!?  "I can't do that", you might think!  "That's crazy" you might say!  Let me assure you, SUP Yoga is not only a blast, but accessible to everyone of all skill level.  Whether looking to spice up your yoga routine, or looking for a new and fun way to get a great core workout, SUP yoga is for you!

Whether new to yoga, or a seasoned yogi, everyone can benefit from one-on-one private or private group classes.  Each private class begins with a student and teacher briefing, discussing health history, any injuries, and any specific goals.  Each class is tailored specifically to the student needs and to help reach optimal benefits.  Private classes take place in the comfort of students own home, or can be arranged to take place a local studio or on the water.  If SUP yoga, (stand up paddleboard yoga) is more your style, we also arrange private classes to hone in on your paddle and/or yoga skills.  Bachelorettes, cottage parties, or vacation activities are our speciality! Please contact to schedule a session.
